1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Masqr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Masqr is a mobile application for iOS that provides screenshot privacy functionality. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription at $1.99/mo, billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Apple may convert prices to your local currency. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

4. Free Features and Limitations

The App may offer limited free functionality. Free usage may be subject to daily limits, feature restrictions, or other constraints as described within the App. Premium features require an active subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Dino Bozic (dinz) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you create, input, or generate using the App remains your property. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the App.

Any content generated by AI within the App is for informational or entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DINO BOZIC (DINZ), ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party in connection with the App.
• Any content obtained from the App.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or content.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dino Bozic (dinz) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
